If you are looking to find your ideal self then Health or Life Purpose coaching may be the path to take. I help people to nourish their physical self (nutrition, movement), mind/emotional self, and spiritual self as they are in relationship with themselves and with others. Whether we want personal growth for ourselves or find ourselves on unsure footing in our lives, I love to help people get in touch with who they are so that they truly like the company that they keep when alone with themselves.

Using an integrated approach to psychotherapy, I help people who are struggling with issues of:
- Anxiety – PTSD/trauma, panic, agoraphobia
- physical disorders
- being extremely sensitive to life (Highly Sensitive Person – HSP)
- and relationship issues.
I meet with adult individuals to help them find greater joy and connection with life. My approach blends integrated psychotherapy with an exploration of spiritual issues in order to seek a wholeness of being.
